Mini Croissant Fondue

  • 10-15 mini croissants (any flavor!)
  • 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit and/or other dipping options


  1. Combine chocolate, milk and cream into a saucepan on low heat
  2. Stir mixture often until chocolate is fully melted and mixture is smooth
  3. Stir in vanilla extract
  4. Pour mixture into a fondue pot or slow cooker — keep warm until serving
  5. Arrange croissants, fruit and chocolate onto a tray and enjoy!
