Ingredients
- 4 Soft Croissants (any flavor!)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup half/half
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Optional: maple syrup, whipped cream
Prep
- Add eggs, half/half, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Dip croissants into egg mixture and coat all sides, let sit in mixture for 2-3 minutes
- Heat butter into a pan or griddle and heat the croissants for 3-4 minutes each side, pressing down with spatula until each side is golden brown
- Your choice of toppings! (Maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, etc.)
