Croissant Bread Pudding

  • 4 Soft Croissants (any flavor!)
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 cups half/half
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Optional: maple syrup, whipped cream


  1. Add eggs, half/half, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine 
  2. Dip croissants into egg mixture and coat all sides, let sit in mixture for 2-3 minutes
  3. Heat butter into a pan or griddle and heat the croissants for 3-4 minutes each side, pressing down with spatula until each side is golden brown
  4. Your choice of toppings! (Maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, etc.)
