
Ingredients
- 6 Chocolate Soft Croissants
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups half/half
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Prep
- Add eggs, half/half, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Dice chocolate croissants into ½” squares
- Combine croissant pieces with egg mixture and chocolate chips
- Pour mixture onto baking tray and press flat
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
