Caramel Apple Cruffins

Ingredients

  • 6 Caramel Soft Croissants
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups half/half
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Prep 

  1. Add eggs, half/half, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk to combine
  2. Dice apple and croissants into small bite-sized pieces and add to egg mixture
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown
  4. When muffins are still warm, sprinkle brown sugar on top
  5. Enjoy!
