Ingredients
- 6 Caramel Soft Croissants
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups half/half
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 apple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Prep
- Add eggs, half/half, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Dice apple and croissants into small bite-sized pieces and add to egg mixture
- Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until tops are golden brown
- When muffins are still warm, sprinkle brown sugar on top
